Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments made to Creative Stitching provide access to digital educational content and/or related learning services as described on the relevant course page.

Once payment has been successfully completed and digital course access has been provided, refunds will be subject to the conditions described below.

A refund may be considered where:

• —The same transaction was charged more than once due to a technical error.
• —Payment was successfully deducted but Creative Stitching was unable to provide access to the purchased course.
• —Creative Stitching permanently cancels a purchased programme before the learner receives the applicable service.
• —A payment was successfully completed for a service that Creative Stitching is unable to provide.
• —A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Once digital course content has been successfully made available, a refund may generally not be provided solely because:

• —The learner changes their mind.
• —The learner no longer wishes to continue.
• —The learner does not have sufficient time to complete the programme.
• —The learner fails to attend or complete lessons.
• —The learner purchases a course without adequately reviewing its description.
• —The learner's personal circumstances change after purchase.

Refund requests will nevertheless be reviewed fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

If you experience a technical problem preventing access to purchased content, contact Creative Stitching before requesting a refund. Our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue.

Technical issues caused solely by the user's internet connection, unsupported device, outdated software, insufficient storage, or third-party network restrictions may not automatically qualify for a refund where the Creative Stitching platform itself is operating correctly.

If the same course has been charged more than once due to a technical or payment-processing issue, contact us with:

• —Registered email or phone number
• —Course name
• —Transaction ID
• —Transaction date
• —Amount paid

After verification, eligible duplicate transactions will be refunded or reversed as appropriate.

Refund requests should generally be submitted within 7 days of the relevant transaction or issue, unless a different condition is clearly stated for a particular programme or required under applicable law.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Creative Stitching may review factors including:

• —Payment status
• —Course-access status
• —Usage records
• —Nature of the issue
• —Transaction records
• —Applicable course conditions

Where a refund is approved, Creative Stitching will normally initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The time required for the amount to appear in the user's bank account, card, UPI account, or wallet may vary depending on the relevant bank or payment gateway.

Where legally permitted, processing or payment-gateway charges that have already been incurred may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error attributable to Creative Stitching.

If Creative Stitching permanently cancels a paid programme and cannot provide the purchased service or an appropriate alternative, eligible users may receive a refund for the affected programme.
